Return & Refund Policy

• Returns:

  You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original organic packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items

  For hygiene reasons, certain wellness products and opened supplements cannot be returned.

• Refund Process

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Return Shipping

  Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product was defective upon arrival.

• Cancellations

  Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
